This item fits true to size, however, if you are between sizes or have a larger bust/chest, we suggest sizing up. It may feel snug at first but will mould to your body perfectly over time.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part, across bust points.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Please note: the Essentials Sculpt Jacket fits very snug. The Sculpt Jacket was created with the intention to sculpt (compression fabric). If you prefer a comfortable snug fit, we recommend sizing up.
