Returns

RETURN and EXCHANGE

It is our goal that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply mail off your return within 10 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges can only be for a different size or colour of the same style only. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs, which involves the return and reship cost. In addition, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund if you are seeking for a return.

Conditions of exchange and return:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt by customer (no grace period).
  • Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges are not applicable with sale items.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • No returns on socks, running glasses, water bottles, yoga mat.
  • No returns on Final Sale items (see below).
  • A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included.

If the item(s) do not comply with the above conditions, TRNDSTTR™ FITWEAR has the right to reject your order and will be returned back to you.

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

Sitewide Sale Events

For purchases made during major sale events (e.g. Black Friday):

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned
  • All other items can be returned for store credit or gift card only

Final Sale

Final Sale refers to products marked as Final Sale or discounted by 25% or more. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
