Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Please note: the Essentials Leggings fits more snug than our Earthcore Collection leggings. Essentials Collection was created with the intention to sculpt (compression fabric). If you prefer a comfortable snug fit, we recommend sizing up. Stay true to size if you intend to wear these leggings for performance and high-impact activities, to ensure the waistband stays secure.
