TRNDSTTR™ Fitwear Biggest Sale Ever: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by TRNDSTTR™ Fitwear (ABN 66 985 370 678), Melbourne, Victoria ("TRNDSTTR", "we", "us").

2. Sale period
The sale runs from 8:00am AEDT Thursday 5 November 2026 until 11:59pm AEDT Saturday 14 November 2026 ("Sale Period"). Orders placed outside the Sale Period are not eligible.

3. Sale discount
3.1 Discounts of up to 50% apply to products across trndsttrfitwear.com, excluding gift cards. The discount for each product is shown on its product page.
3.2 Discounts are available while stocks last.
3.3 Sale discounts can't be combined with other discount codes.

4. Free socks with orders over $150
4.1 Orders with a total of $150 or more (after sale discounts, excluding shipping) placed during the Sale Period are eligible for one free pair of socks: either Cloudsoft socks or Grip socks, selected at checkout.
4.2 One free pair per eligible order. Sock sizes and styles are subject to availability. If your chosen style sells out, we'll send the alternative style.
4.3 The free socks have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or other products.
4.4 If you return an item for a refund or store credit, the free socks must also be returned. They must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging for the refund or store credit to be processed.

5. Fastest Fingers: $100 store credit
5.1 The first 3 orders placed and successfully paid for from 8:00am AEDT Thursday 5 November 2026 will each receive $100 store credit. There's no minimum spend to qualify.
5.2 Order sequence is determined by the order timestamp recorded by our online store platform. Our records are final.
5.3 Limit one $100 credit per customer (one per person, email address, payment method and shipping address).
5.4 Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days after the sale ends. The $100 store credit will be issued by email 10 days after the winning order has been delivered, as confirmed by our shipping provider's tracking.
5.5 The store credit:

• is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued, after which it will expire
• can only be used on orders of $100 or more at trndsttrfitwear.com
• can't be used during the Sale Period
• isn't redeemable for cash, transferable or replaceable if lost

5.6 If a winning order is cancelled, returned or found to breach these terms, the credit is forfeited and passes to the next eligible order in sequence.
5.7 We may disqualify orders placed using automated tools, bots, multiple accounts or other unfair methods.
5.8 With winners' consent, we may share their first name or initials and order time on our social media.

6. Returns during the Sale Period
6.1 Products marked as Final Sale, or discounted by 15% or more, are Final Sale and can't be returned, exchanged or refunded as store credit.
6.2 All other items bought during the Sale Period can be returned for store credit or a gift card only.

7. General
7.1 We may amend or cancel this promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control arise. Any changes will be published on this page.
7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty items.
7.3 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
