Customs and import charges
TRNDSTTR™ FITWEAR cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Please note that TRNDSTTR™ FITWEAR does not cover import or custom liabilities, and are not responsible for any delays caused by custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Therefore, the customer must be responsible for any outstanding customs charges or import duties. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. TRNDSTTR™ FITWEAR cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country.
RETURN and EXCHANGE
It is our goal that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply mail off your return within 10 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges can only be for a different size or colour of the same style only. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs, which involves the return and reship cost. In addition, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund if you are seeking for a return.

Conditions of exchange and return:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt by customer (no grace period).
- Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable with sale items.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- No returns on socks, running glasses, water bottles, yoga mat.
- No returns on Final Sale items (see below).
- A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included.
If the item(s) do not comply with the above conditions, TRNDSTTR™ FITWEAR has the right to reject your order and will be returned back to you.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.

The material is so buttery and hugs perfectly in all the right places. Pockets are decent size. No issue with my phone fitting with its huge case on it. But hardly noticeable when they are empty. Love the length of the leggings as well. They aren't cut short at your ankles. Perfect length to wear shoes under.

I was super skeptical about flares because they were a trend when I was growing up and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to relive that trend.BUT it’s safe to say the fold over flares is definitely back and these are so damn cute. I have been mostly living in these since I bought it, they are versatile, comfy, hugs in all the right places, lifts my butt and has insane compression around the tummy and upper thigh. The length is perfect and the fold is a really nice touch. Pockets area welcome bonus. I’ve worn these to Pilates and received so many compliments!!
